Watching some of this Utah St./Boise St. game and Jeanty is a man amongst boys. I think Boise St. has a bigger vision and will pull him in the 2nd half because they want to make the CFB playoffs. BUT if they don't, he's got a real shot at breaking the NCAA single season rushing record. He's averaging 14.3 ypr and, honestly, it could be higher. He'd probably need 30 carries to get to 427 yards and I doubt he'll get 17 second half carries. Samaje Perine got 34 carries in his 427 yard game.
If he coach wants to get him the Heisman breaking the NCAA single game rushing record and getting him to 2,000 yards would probably assure it. I had a hard time finding it but I think the MWC single-game rushing record is 338...Jeanty can get that tonight with his eyes closed if his coach will let him.
